Onsite Technology Assistance

Onsite Technical Assistance begins with an initial meeting that includes not only leadership, but a multi-disciplinary team, to complete a full assessment of existing quality and reporting programs.

Once knowledge and performance gaps are identified, we help the providers to establish or modify their performance programs.

We ensure that providers are documenting their care appropriately, especially with regard to documentation in Electronic Health Records, and that they are reporting their information accurately as required by governmental regulations.

We share evidence-based best practices to support QI and clinical topic education. We provide best practices tools and resources for improvement interventions, tailored to the identified gaps chosen for improvement.

Finally, we ensure that providers use data to drive change. We do this through helping them through the maze of reporting requirements, accurately entering data, understanding feedback reports, and using data to chart progress.
